Now in its 18th season, the Hamilton Fringe creates a platform for independent, emerging, and established theatre artists in Hamilton.

Tickets are available for purchase in advance only (no door sales), either online at boxoffice.hamiltonfringe.ca, or at our Fringe Club Box Office located just outside Bridgeworks Event Space (125 Barton Street W.) from July 14-25—if you prefer to book your tickets over the phone, contact the Box Office and a staff member will set up an appointment with you. Patrons are invited to purchase tickets for Digital Exclusives, BYOV2, Theatre On Demand, Family Fringe On Demand, and Fringe All-Access shows on the first on-sale date. Shows can be streamed on demand for the duration of the festival OR pick the date you would like to schedule your viewing and you will receive a reminder that morning. Skip The Glitches ticket sales end 48 hours before the show time. Service charges apply. By purchasing a ticket to a Hamilton Fringe Festival event, you agree to adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols, including any special instructions a given performance may have. 

Tickets for Hamilton Fringe Festival’s paid online programming use a tiered Pay-What-You-Can-Afford pricing model:

  • Accessible | Kids: $5 (fees waived)
  • Regular: $12 + handling fees
  • Support The Artist: $20 + handling fee

Prices for our Skip The Glitches series are as follows:

  • $80 per show (minimum) for the first 8 people. $12 per additional person (+ handling fees)
  • $10 special contactless delivery add-ons include: Collective Arts Core Mix 6 Pack and Greenbelt Coffee Fringe & Horizontal Blend 2-Pack

  • All Digital Fringe Club and Kids Club Camp event registration is FREE! Register in advance online if you would like to get an email reminder the day of an event.

As always, 100% of ticket revenue is paid directly to artists. Please note: Fringe patrons purchasing single tickets must make a one-time purchase of a Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’ for $5 to access paid events.  Learn more about the Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’ HERE!


The Hamilton Fringe Festival also offers a variety of passes, granting access to multiple ticketed events in the festival. Passholders must purchase their pass, then reserve their ticket to each show. You can do this all at once OR you can buy your pass in advance and sign in again later to book your tickets. All passes include the one-time purchase of a $5 Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’ and the Per Ticket Fee is waived (savings of at least $10.50!)

  • Fringe Binge Pass (includes 6 performance tickets + Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’): $59.00 + order processing fee 
  • Fringe Frenzy Pass (includes 10 performance tickets + Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’): $85.00 + handling fees
  • Fringe Extreme Pass (includes 20 performance tickets + Digital Fringe Backer ‘Button’): $145 + handling fees

During and immediately following the Festival (July 14-30, 2021), the Remote Festival Box Office has increased staff numbers and shorter response times. You can reach our Remote Box Office staff via email or by leaving a voicemail.

You can also choose to speak with a team member in person at our On-site Festival Box Office. The On-site Festival Box Office operates from July 14-25, 2021.
